Abstract
This document offers a standardized mechanism to issue governmentdocuments to license holders in digital format and store them. This allowsgovernment issued documents to be moved to electronic form and make itavailable for real-time access in a set of “digital repositories”. In addition tosupporting new documents to be made electronic and online accessible, thissolution also offers a way to digitize older documents. This document will belink to our emailed and can be treated as an authorized document so, youmay not need to carry physical document such as license, PUC, RC Book,Insurance. In existing digilocker it provides only the facility for storing thedocuments. We are going to design new application that is “VehicleVerification Application” which provides facility for renewal of documentsand also user can apply for new government issued document.
Driving license and vehicle registration certificate can now be accessthrough Smartphone With the help of this application user can also checkinsurance as well as pollution expiry details. License verification is done byusing QR Code so that government officer can verify user whether he has
vehicle related document or not. Reduce administrative overhead of Govt.departments and agencies and make it easy for the residents to receiveservices

Abstract
The emergence of internet has changed the system from the circulation of data that has shifted us from a world of paper documents to a world of online documents and databases systems. Consultancy services provide options for multiple different domains to be covered under one place. To be exact multiple services are provided under one company that acts as consultancy.
Data mining plays an important role in many decision making application and research domains. Predictions of a things based on data available is one of the important features of data mining. Loan and insurance recommendation system is one of data mining and machine learning application where the system needs to recommend the banks that can provide loan to users and at the same time provide users with insurance providing companies that can provide proper scheme to users. We will use K-NN based approach for providing users with such recommendations.
The K-NN algorithm performs analysis on that data. Based on the result of analysis, description of suitable financial services and insurance services will be displayed to the user. Finally it guides the user so that they can register themselves for those insurance policies which they find suitable.

Abstract
 Now-a-days as crime rate has increased, security is an essential factor for a girl. So, this proposed system is “Hostel girls’ Security System” helps to provide security. This proposed work enlightens upon the technology advancement in the field of security. In this, the concept of finger print authentication will be used as password.
So, whenever the girl wants to leave the hostel, she will enter her in time and will carry a security module with her which is just a mobile application. When the girl is in danger, the girl will press the key on the security module and one message will be sent to the warden’s mobile, also the message will be sent to the parent’s mobile number along with location of that girl. The technology used in the system is based on the fingerprint, GPS modem. This system will be helpful for girls’ in different organization.

Abstract
Automated Text categorization and class prediction is important for text categorization to reduce the feature size and to speed up the learning process of classifiers. We present a novel and efficient Text categorization and class prediction based on the Naive Bayes Algorithm, which aims to class prediction with their discriminative capacity for classification. Text classification is a growing interest in the research of text mining. Correctly identifying the Text into particular category is still presenting challenge because of large and vast amount of features in the dataset. In regards to the existing classifying approaches, Naïve Bayes is potentially good at serving as a document classification model due to its simplicity. The aim of this Project is to highlight the performance of Text categorization and class prediction Naïve Bayes in Text classification. Output will be show that Naïve Bayes is the best classifiers against several common classifiers (such as decision tree, neural network, and support vector machines) in term of accuracy and computational efficiency.

Abstract
Fake currency detection is a serious issue worldwide, affecting the economy of almost everycountry including India. The use of counterfeit currency is one of the major issues facedthroughout the world now-a-days .The counterfeiters are becoming harder to track downbecause of their use of highly advanced technology. One of the most effective methods tostop counterfeiting can be use of counterfeit detection software that are easily available andare efficient.
Our project will recognize Indian currency notes using a real time image obtained from awebcam. The background of our topic is Image processing technology and applying it for thepurpose of verifying valid currency notes. The software will detects fake currency byextracting features of notes. The success rate of this software can be measured in terms ofaccuracy and speed.
So our aim is to work on those parameters which will be impossible to implement oncounterfeit notes so we started working on minutiae parameters which will be enough todifferentiate between fake and original notes.

Abstract
Cotton is one of the most important cropthrough out history of India. Agriculture is believed to be the backbone of Indian economy. Recent technological advances and trade liberalization have made India a major player in international cotton market. India is the largest product of cotton , second largest exporter and second largest consumer of cotton. It is third in total acreage planted among all crops in India after rice and wheat.A large population of the country depends on farming for their sustenance .In Vidarbha region of Maharastra cotton is most important crop for farmers. But now a days farmers are suffering from loss due to climate change and diseases on cotton crop.  In the proposed system the android application givesa information about weather and precaution about the diseases occurs in cotton plant and their solutiom. We are providing notification about weather using open weather API . We are using SMS gateway to notify farmers on each phase of cultivation. We have designed a special module for diseases and their solution. We are giving symptoms that generally occurs in cotton plant and the precautions that have to taken for these diseases and their solution using static information.

Abstract
 In this era, everyone need automated things. The things which will be handled automatically. So here we are making one Resume Portal. This portal will provide an easy way for any company HR to get the candidates of their requirements. In this portal, a unique subdomain for every user is provided. So in case if any HR want to see any one’s profile, they will just hit the URL (subdomain) and will get the user profile. User can build their resume on the portal, they can even customize their fields. Companies can reply on this portal, User can see the vacancies. This will defiantly reduce the manual work, user don’t have to carry any kind of hardcopy with them. Work will be done automatically and efficiently.Resume will be created and updated according to person’s information. In this portal, we are also providing different kinds of themes for user so that resume of the user will be attractive than others. Anyone can share their resume in this portal from anywhere. This portal is also predicting the personality of the user by seeing the objectives which user will provide. This will be very efficient to judge the personality of the user by HR. So this portal made to reduce the manual work and to do the things fast and efficiently. It is also more secured and high authenticated.

Abstract
 Example Based Machine Translation (EBMT) is the system which translates sentences from Sindhi to Hindi. It uses the parallel corpus for translating sentences. To handle large volume of data the computational model is required. The requirement for a computational resource in EBMT is significantly less as compared to MT (Machine Translator). This makes development of EBMT systems for Sindhi to Hindi translation feasible, where availability of large-scale computational resources is still scarce. Example based machine translation relies on the database for its translation. The software helps to get a sentential translation according to semantics and syntactic of the language. The frequency of word occurrence is important for translation in EBMT.

Abstract
Today Android has the biggest market share as compared to other operating system for smart phone. As users are continuously increasing day by day the Security is one of the main concerns for Smartphone users. As the features and power of Smartphone are increase, so that they have their vulnerability for attacks by Malwares. But the android is the operating system which is more secure than any other operating systems available for Smart phones. The Android operating system has very few restrictions for developers and it will increase the security risk for end users. I am proposing an android application which is able to perform dynamic analysis on android program. To perform this analysis, we have to deploy the android application, in this proposed system I am going to deploy android application on a cloud. This application executes automatically without any human interaction. It automatically detects malware by using pattern matching algorithm. If malware get detected, then user get inform that particular application is malicious and restrict the user from installing application.

Abstract
The last ten years have been the witnesses of the emergence of any kind of video content. Moreover, the appearance of dedicated websites for this phenomenon has increased the importance the public gives to it. In the same time, certain individuals are deaf and occasionally cannot understand the meanings of such videos because there is not any text transcription available. Therefore, it is necessary to find solutions for the purpose of making these media artifacts accessible for most people. Several software proposes utilities to create subtitles for videos but all require an extensive participation of the user. Thence, a more automated concept is envisaged. This report indicates a way to generate subtitles following standards by using speech recognition. Three parts are distinguished. The first one consists in separating audio from video and converting the audio in suitable format if necessary. These second phase proceeds to the recognition of speech contained in the audio. The ultimate stage generates a subtitle file from the recognition results of the previous step. Directions of implementation have been proposed for the three distinct modules. The experiment results have not done enough satisfaction and adjustments have to be realized for further work. Decoding parallelization, use of well-trained models, and punctuation insertion are some of the improvements to be done. The popular reminders are based on electronic calendar in mobile phones . These reminders are purely time specific i.e. this will give notification only on at that particular time. Many times it is not confirmed that we will be present at the specific location for the work for which we have set the reminder.
Instead it is beneficial if the notificationor alarm triggers when we are actually present near or at that specific location. To remind modern people of something at a specific time and location , Smart Location Reminder is a boon . To serve the purpose, implementing an application for Android-based smartphones and tablets which is not only time based but also location based. The system uses free, public API service from
Google Maps.

Abstract
The Existing domestic Energy meter readingsystems universally exist many problems, such as difficulty in construction too narrow bandwidth, too low rate, poor realtime, not two way communication quickly etc. To solve aboveproblems, will be implemented in proposed system wireless technology forAutomatic Meter Reading system. A proposed methodprovides the communication between the Electricity Boardsection and the consumer section using Internet of things(IOT) for transmitting the customer’s electricity consumptionand bill information.
The power fluctuations will be monitored using the voltage sensor and current sensor are fed to the microcontroller which indicates it to the Electricity Board. Depending on the power generation, the house hold meter will be controlled automatically. From Electricity Board section the information regarding the bill amount and payment will be communicated to the consumer via Global System for Mobile communication . The power and billing information will be continuously transmitted by the use of Internet of Things, Also it will be monitored by the Electricity Board section.

The required software and hardware are easily available and easy to work with
College Management System, as described above, can lead to error free, secure, reliable and fast management system. It can assist the user to concentrate on their other activities rather to concentrate on the record keeping. Thus it will help organization in better utilization of resources. The organization can maintain computerized records without redundant entries. That means that one need not be distracted by information that is not relevant, while being able to reach the information.

The aim is to automate its existing manual system by the help of computerized equipments and full-fledged computer software, fulfilling their requirements, so that their valuable data/information can be stored for a longer period with easy accessing and manipulation of the same.
